♥ Everyday, its baby-licious!
Those newborns really make my day although they kept crying as we are doing our task – to measure them! But they are really adorable! I cant help it but to kept looking at them while touching their small little hands & feet! OMG, they are like an angel from heaven!

♥ The shopping addiction!
Im always thinking of what to wear the next day whenever im in bed! I need to shop for more dress & seriously, im addicted to shopping! Oh damn, i need some rehabilitation for being addicted to shopping!! However, im still on the hunt for more dress, top and skirt!!

♥ What’s wrong?!
I had a fight with mom this morning! Of everything that i used to complain to bf, i finally convinced myself to speak out everything to mom! At that point of time, something just pulled me back, but on the other hand, forcing me to say it all out. Mom was really sad after hearing my words! I thought i might be happier after spilling the bean, but i was not. Instead, i was so sad that i think i should change my mindset! Im sorry, mom!

♥ Hello, NUS!
Im officially starting work on 1st March which is tomorrow! Im so excited yet nervous about it! Wonder how the new colleague will be like & also how the whole center operates. Hopefully, the people there is nice & the job will be exciting & adventurous! I want to learn everything!!! Ok, im greedy but im ready to give everything a try! May god bless me & be with me at all times. GAMBATEH, WENDY!!!

♥ The promise!
I hereby promise to stop being impatience & playful during work. I must work hard for my future & stay through out the 3 years of the trial & learn as much thing as i can. And i also will try to tolerate all the nonsense given to me including any job & be responsible to whatever task that appointed to. I will try to spend wisely & save as much money as i can! I PROMISE & I MEAN IT!

♥ The meetup cum catch up!
After so long, i finally got to meet up with the babe – Sree! She is back for a vacation! Went to Cafe Iguana with Cara, Sree & her bf. Its a nice catch up after like so long! Loved it! We are planning for more activities before she head back to Australia! Damn, i miss those days!

♥ Goodbye IMU~
Yesterday was my last day in IMU! Time flies! I was there like for 5 months! A boring yet easy task – paid to slack. I realized that the more boring you are, the more exhausted you will be. So the word “tired” kept coming out of my month! A stress-less place to work in & everyone there is nice! Thanks for the memory!

♥ I felt like an idiot!!!
Went to NUS to pick up my offer letter. Yes, im joining NUS for good! My very first full time job! Oh well, really thanks god for giving me this opportunity to be picked out by NUS! After i signed my contract, i was asked to go for my pre-employment at the Alumni Center. They directed me on how to go but i still got lost! Went to approach 3 girls for direction but everyone gave me a different answer. The first one say to walk down the slope, the second one say to cross over and the third one say to take the shuttle bus to the business sector and walked up. I was seriously lost so i called my friend & she told me it was like 5mins walk from the University Hall but she doesnt know what is the place so i sat at the bus-stop & called my HR. After so much walking, i overshot that building & it was right infront of me! Damn, total waste of my time to try and find out where it is! The HR girl is like one kind! She should have told me the exact building name! It makes me look like an idiot! NUS is seriously complicated! You will never get to walk out of the school cause its too huge. Had my urine test, ECG, chest xray done. Its kinda funny cause their blood test are different. Its the hypocount style whereby they prick u on your finger with a small needle and squeeze 5 drops of blood to test for the hemoglobin level. That’s something new cause they didnt syringe out blood from your vessels! Nonetheless, my medical report is fine! Will be starting work on 1st March! Hello, GUSTO!!!

Was kinda nervous as i was the first one to be interviewed & as expected they will ask you questions like “What will you do if you were under major stress?“, “What will you do if you found someone in the company talking bad about you?“, “If you need to stay back for an important meeting but you have a very very important appointment at the same time, what will you do?” kinda question which i hate cause you would need to give a quick response without much thinking.

Headed to town with Leela after the interview. Shopped & spent over SGD200! Gosh, i have been shopping alot lately! I need to quit this habit man! I think im addicted to shopping!! Leela’s chellu then drove me home after our shopping spree.

As far as im concern, i think the interviewer will not get back to me the next day but surprisingly, they did! I was quite shocked when i received their call. I was asked to go for another meetup with the in charge in NUH before they decide to hire me. So i went in the evening. The in charge was really nice, she asked about my background, briefed me into the jobscope & to my surprised she asked me, “Are you ok with that? If you are, i will proceed with your application!”

I then say ok to her & we parted. At that point of time, i thought i may get the job but i received her sms shortly stating that she have spoken to the HR and they HR will get back to me in 2 to 3 wks to confirm my application. This means that i got the job as a research coordinator!!! Very much unbelievable man!!

Although im not able to work with Leela whom intro me into the company, but im still under the same management as her. Oh well, i need to be independent! Anyway, i have to start hunting for more office wears which i hate the most cause office wear always looks huge on me! Urggg!

Im seriously looking forward to this fun fun job – i assume cause it sounds fun! Working with pregnant mum & their new born babies & growing toddler sounds fun right?!

Met up with the SNEC girls yesterday. Woo, it was long since we met! Went Waraku for dinner & chit chatted with those 9 girls! I miss those days!! Waraku’s bowl is effing huge man! Parted with them before the meeting ends cause i have got work today! Sickening!!!

ME: How was your drink? Mine sucks!
FRIEND: Nice! Why?!
ME: Mine was sour & almost tasteless! *pass her the drink*
FRIEND: *drank* Yucks, its really awful! Come, lets asked for a new cup!

We walked over to the counter & approach the PRC worker for the dessert store.

FRIEND: Excuse me, we brought the same drink. Mine was nice but hers tasted awful!
ME: Ya! Why is that so?!
PRC WORKER (In Chinese): *point to my friend* You, stop talking! I dont understand!
PRC WORKER (In Chinese): *point to me* You talk! What issit?
ME: Why we both brought from you yet it tasted differently?
PRC WORKER (In Chinese): Your friend ask for more sugar right?
ME: No! We just tell you “Mango Yogurt Freeze” only!
PRC WORKER (In Chinese): For chinese, we dont add sugar. We only add more sugar for Malay.
ME: Huh?! What theory is this?
PRC WORKER (In Chinese): You dont make the drink you dont know!
ME: Excuse me! I brought this drink for a few times & this is the first time it tasted sour!
PRC WORKER (In Chinese): Next time ask for more sugar lor! Now u want wad? A new cup?
ME: Ok! *take the new cup & walk off*

Its like fuck! She is just an intruder in our land ok! She is totally racist?! The first cup tasted sour but he second cup was fugging sweet can! What attitude is she carrying? Oh, so kopitiam’s worker was taught to make drink according to race or to make drinks from menus?!

My friend was so angry that she called the Kopitiam’s main center to lodge a complain to the head of Customer Service. This is totally ridiculous! Those fucking foreigners ought to revise on their attitude man!

Today is just not the day! There was this gang of PRC & an Indian girl whom came to our unit. Omg, the moment they stepped in, their smell disperse into the unit! Its like fugging smelly that i nearly vomit when they stand beside me.

Its so bad that we went to put on the mask before attending to them! And their bad body odour was so smelly that it stinks the whole place so much! I could smell it in the corridor when they were in the room!

It was so bad that the smell kept lingers around the unit even after they went off  & i kept smelling my uniform, fearing that the smell will linger on my body too. Omg! Its the smelly smelly day!

Watched it some parts on youtube but it seriously turned me off cause the translation was done by some PRC which sounded disgusting! Seriously, is as if you are watching some slutty show cause the translator talks in a slutty cheena ascent!

Rushing home everyday to catch the show but unfortunately, i wassnt very consistent everyday. Oh sucks, i wanna rewatch the whole tingy! Anyone know of any perfect streaming site with this drama? Yes, its Friday again! TGIF!! Bf’s book out day! Oh wee~

Brief Synopsis

Eun-jae (actress Jang Suh-hee) majored in fashion design at a prestigious university and starts preparing to study fashion in France as a post-graduate student but she becomes pregnant with Kyo-bin’s (actor Byun Woo-min) child and then marries him, jettisoning her career hopes. Her in-laws are part of the nouveau riche class and lack any class but Eun-jae tries to get along with them during seven years of her marriage. Her first pregnancy, which led to her marriage to Kyo-bin, ends in a miscarriage. When Eun-jae becomes pregnant again after a long wait, she is overjoyed.

Around the time of her pregnancy, Eun-jae’s best friend Ae-ri (actress Kim Seo-hyung), returns to Korea after studying in France. Ae-ri was also Eun-jae’s brother’s girlfriend at one time and when she left for France 5 years ago, she said a “sponsor” was footing the bill for her tuition. But Ae-ri’s so-called secret sponsor turns out to be Eun-jae’s husband Kyo-bin. Eun-jae later finds out that Kyo-bin was cheating on her with Ae-ri. Eun-jae is shocked to learn of her friend’s betrayal because she thought Ae-ri would marry her brother, making them sisters-in-law. On top of that, Ae-ri had Kyo-bin’s child, a five-year-old boy. When Eun-jae’s brother Kang-jae learns about Kyo-bin’s indecent past, he physically assaults Kyo-bin. Due this incident, Kyo-bin and his mother pressure Eun-jae to sign the divorce papers. After Kyo-bin and Eun-jae get divorced, Ae-ri doesn’t find her married life comfortable because her father-in-law looks at her with disdain. While nursing her broken heart on an island, Eun-jae is visited by Ae-ri, who demands that she abort her second pregnancy and move to another country. Kyo-bin also confronts Eun-jae and takes away the wedding ring he gave her and throws it into the sea. Eun-jae jumps into the ocean to try to retrieve the wedding band because it means a lot to her. But Eun-jae can’t swim and Kyo-bin doesn’t try to rescue her. Eun-jae is lost at sea. Kyo-bin and Ae-ri become partners in crime and hide the terrible secret of causing Eun-jae’s disappearance. They return home and tell the family that Eun-jae committed suicide.

Meanwhile, Lady Min, a wealthy woman who built a fortune in the retailing and money lending businesses, happened to be in the area near the island where she was searching for her missing daughter together with her adopted son, Gun-woo (actor Lee Jae-hwang). She spots Eun-jae floating unconsciously at sea and rescues her. After she loses her baby in another miscarriage, Eun-jae is taken care of by Lady Min and her adopted son. Eun-jae assumes the name of Lady Min’s missing daughter.

Birds build nest on trees! But the newest trend a bird does was to build its nest on a toy spider?! Oh well, i guess they are getting smarter too! Rather then sticking to the old school type of nest, now they are going for those colorful type so as to spice up their little ones after birth!
